• Call metadata from our tracking number (time, duration, caller ID as provided by the carrier/tracking vendor)

How we use it

We use inquiry information to refer you to our exclusive licensed contractor partner for the Riverview / Brandon / eastern Hillsborough footprint, to respond to questions about the matching service, and to improve the website. We do not sell lead lists to multiple bidders during an exclusive retainer term.

Sharing

When you call or submit a form, we may share your inquiry with the independently licensed Florida contractor currently on retainer. That contractor becomes responsible for how they store and use your information under their own policies once the lead is transferred. We may also use processors (hosting, form tools such as Formspree, call tracking, email) that only handle data to provide those services.

Retention

We retain inquiry records as needed for the matching relationship, dispute clarity, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.

Your choices

Email hello@eastbaycrawlspace.com to request access corrections or to ask us not to make further referral use of a pending inquiry (if not already transferred).
