Matching service only
East Bay Crawl Space provides website information and a referral / matching service. We do not perform crawl space repairs, encapsulation, mold remediation, dehumidifier installation, sump work, HVAC service, or any construction. Licensed work is performed solely by independently licensed Florida contractors under agreements between you and them.

License verification
You agree to verify any referred contractor’s license status at myfloridalicense.com before signing a contract or paying a deposit.
No guarantee of match, price, or outcome
We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that pricing will meet your budget, or that work will achieve any particular result. We may decline inquiries outside our footprint or that are not a fit for our exclusive partner.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms or phone lines (spam, harassment, fraud). We may block abusive traffic.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, East Bay Crawl Space LLC is not liable for contractor workmanship, delays, property damage, personal injury, or consequential damages arising from work performed by third-party contractors or from your reliance on general website content. Our role is limited to matching / referral.
Indemnity
You agree to hold East Bay Crawl Space harmless from claims arising out of your agreements with third-party contractors or misuse of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the matching service shall be in courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
